Partnership Programme UTFORSK call for proposals
The UTFORSK Partnership Programme is a new Norwegian instrument for strengthening the linkage between higher education and research in international collaboration. China is among the countries that are prioritized in the pilot phase (2015-2016).
In line with international trends of comprehensive policy development with regard to synergies between research, education and innovation the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research is enhancing the focus on the collaboration between research, higher education and enterprises in public and private sectors. Important objectives are to develop new and applicable knowledge on challenges facing society and hence to strengthen competitiveness in public and private sectors.
Programme is up to NOK 6 million for a programme period of two years 2015-2016. The annual allocation per project will be up to NOK 400 000.
